Lower Ebro Catfishing…. Latest catch Reports…. mid March 2014

Alan “Dinger” King’s long wait for a 3 figure fish finally came to an end this week when he bagged his first ton-up at 124lb, a fish which slammed a mullet on the Ledge drift just south of Amposta.

Dinger has had a long wait to enter the 100lb club, and must rank as perhaps our most unlucky client in this regard, so there were great scenes of celebration as he finally broke through the barrier.

King Dong.. this 124 has got the length and the girth.

Dinger's destiny.. he holds his nerve as he plays a new PB and first ever ton!

The general fishing this week has been slow on the whole, although Dave Ellis has managed a decent brace of fish at 96lb & 79lb, with a sprinkling of smaller fish making up the numbers.

Dave just misses out on 3 figures with this 96lber.
